Definitions. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the <br />meanings ascribed thereto in the Continuing Disclosure Agreement. <br /> <br />2. PU1J>ose. The Borrower is delivering this Continuing Disclosure Certificate to the <br />Dissemination Agent pursuant to Section 5(a) of the Continuing Disclosure Agreement. <br /> <br />3. Written Undertaking. On behalf of the Borrower, the Borrower hereby designates <br />the Continuing Disclosure Agreement to be the written undertaking under paragraph (b)(5) of the <br />Rule with respect to the $ Florida Municipal Loan Council Revenue Bonds, Series <br />2002B. <br /> <br />4. Financial Information and Operating Data Included in Final Official Statement. <br />The following types of Financial Information and Operating Data were included in the Final <br />Official Statement for the Bonds and are to be included in the Annual Report: <br /> <br />(a) Financial Information - NONE <br /> <br />(b) Operating Data - NONE <br /> <br />5. Annual Report. Until such time as the Borrower delivers a revised Continuing <br />Disclosure Certificate and an opinion of disclosure counsel to the Dissemination Agent pursuant <br />to Section 5 of the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, the Financial Information and Operating <br />Data of the types identified in paragraph 4 of this certificate shall be included in the Annual <br />Reports delivered by the Dissemination Agent pursuant to Section 4 of the Continuing Disclosure <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />B-1 <br />
