<br />(i) Minimum Floor Areas: The minimum floor area for a muhiple family <br />dwelling unit not including garage or un-air conditioned areas shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) Efficiency Unit: five hundred and fifty (550) square feet. <br /> <br />2) One bedroom unit: seven hundred and fifty (750) square feet. <br /> <br />3) Two-bedroom unit: nine hundred (900) square feet. <br /> <br />G) Convenience Retail - Apartment Developments having a minimum of <br />three hundred (300) residential units may have convenience retail not <br />exceeding one thousand (1000) square feet as an accessory use, provided <br />that: <br /> <br />1) Such services relate to the needs of the residents of the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br />2) Such services are located wholly within the primary use structure or <br />community center structure. <br /> <br />3) Signage on any structure is prohibited as are window displays or <br />displays of merchandise visible :from a public roadway except for <br />outdoor dining tables, sidewalk cafes and the like. <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach-Land Development Regulations <br />Adopted December 10,2002 <br /> <br />ZONING DISTRICTS 700 - 17 <br />
