<br />motor truck and/or trailer combination. Such loading space shall also be <br />accessible from the interior of any building it is intended to serve. <br /> <br />801.4.2 Specifications. Off-street loading spaces shall be provided and maintained in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />a) For each retail store, storage warehouse, wholesale establishment, <br />market, restaurant, funeral home, laundry, dry cleaning establishment or <br />similar building or use which has an aggregate gross floor area of: <br /> <br />1) 5,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet: 1 space <br />2) 25,001 square feet to 60,000 square feet: 2 spaces <br />3) 60,001 square feet to 120,000 square feet: 3 spaces <br />4) 120,001 square feet to 200,000 square feet: 4 spaces <br />5) 200,001 square feet to 290,000 square feet: 5 spaces <br />6) Plus for each additional 90,000 square feet over 290,000 square feet: <br />1 space <br /> <br />b) Convenience store: 1 space <br /> <br />c) For each multiple dwelling residential or apartment hotel building: <br /> <br />1) 0 to 100 units: 1 space <br />2) Over 100 units: 2 spaces <br /> <br />Such loading spaces shall not be located in the front yard. <br /> <br />d) For each hotel which has a number of hotel suites or room units of: <br /> <br />1) up to 200 units: 2 spaces <br />2) over 200 units: 3 spaces <br /> <br />Such loading spaces shall not be located in the front yard <br /> <br />e) For each auditorium, convention hall, exhibition hall, museum, office <br />building, hospital or similar use which has an aggregate gross floor area <br />of: <br /> <br />1) Over 20,000 square feet but not over 40,000 square feet: 1 space. <br /> <br />2) Plus for each additional 60,000 square feet over 40,000 square feet: 1 <br />space <br /> <br />f) The loading requirements for any unspecified use shall be that which is <br />required for similar specified uses. <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach-Land Development <br />Adopted December 10,20002 <br /> <br />Parking, Loading It Driveways 800- 14 <br />
