Driveway locations, cross-sections and grades shall be installed in <br />accordance with this section, approved engineering plans, and the Florida Building <br />Code as amended from time to time. Driveway access to the street system shall be <br />according to the Subdivision Design Standards, Street Layout contained in these <br />regulations. <br /> <br />802.2 Intersection with streets. Driveways for residential lots shall not encroach into the <br />street comer radius of two intersecting streets, or be closer than 25 feet to the <br />intersection of extended right-of-way lines. Driveways for multifamily and non- <br />residential parking lots shall not intersect a street comer radius, or be closer than 50 <br />feet to the intersection of extended right-of-way lines. <br /> <br />802.3 Separation between driveways. <br /> <br />802.3.1 Residential lots: Driveways for single-family residential lots shall be <br />separated by a minimum often (10) feet. <br /> <br />802.3.2 Multifamily and nonresidential parcels: Driveways for multifamily <br />residential parcels and nonresidential parcels on collector roads shall be <br />separated by no less than twenty five (25) feet of landscaped frontage. <br />Driveways for multifamily residential parcels and nonresidential parcels on <br />arterial roads shall be separated by no less than fifty (50) feet of landscaped <br />frontage. <br /> <br />802.4 Minimum size.
