<br />human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal, acts of human
<br />masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy, or the fondling or other erotic touching
<br />of human genitals, pubic regions, buttocks or female breasts.

<br />Places which are considered adult uses shall include the location of any organization,
<br />association or establishment, including any public or private enterprise, club, bar,
<br />lounge or nightclub in which a principal use is the exchange--for consideration in any
<br />form, monetary or otherwise, for profit or not-for-profit--of materials or exlubitions,
<br />including but not limited to, books, magazines, photographs, performances,
<br />videotapes, electronic media, or movies, which have as their dominant theme matters
<br />depicting, describing, demonstrating or relating to completely or opaquely covered
<br />human genitals or pubic regions, buttocks, or female breasts below a point
<br />immediately above the top of the areola, or human male genitals in a discernibly
<br />turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered, or which have as their
<br />dominant theme matters depicting, descnbing, demonstrating or relating to human
<br />genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal, acts of human masturbation,
<br />sexual intercourse or sodomy, or the fondling or other erotic touching of human
<br />genitals, pubic regions, buttocks or female breasts.
<br />
<br />"Alcoholic Beverage" shall mean any distilled spirit, liquor, beer or wine as defined by F.S.
<br />~ 561.01(4).
<br />
<br />"Alcoholic Beverage Sales C.O.P. Beer and Wine" shall mean the sale of alcoholic
<br />beverages, specifically limited to beer and/or wine, by an establishment licensed by
<br />the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for consumption on the
<br />premises (C. D.P.) of the establishment selling the alcoholic beverages.
<br />
<br />"Alcoholic Beverage Sales C.O.P. Beer, Wine and Liquor" shall mean the sale of alcoholic
<br />beverages, which may include beer, wine and/or liquor, by an establishment licensed
<br />by the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for consumption on the
<br />premises (C.O.P.) of the establishment selling the alcoholic beverages.
<br />
<br />"Alcoholic Beverage Sales A.P.S. Beer and Wine" shall mean the sale of alcoholic
<br />beverages, specifically limited to beer and/or wine, by an establishment licensed by
<br />the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco as an alcoholic package
<br />store (A.P.S.) for consumption off the premises of the establishment selling the
<br />alcoholic beverages.
<br />
<br />"Alcoholic Beverage Sales A.P.S. Beer, Wine and Liquor" shall mean the sale of alcoholic
<br />beverages, which may include beer, wine and/or liquor, by an establishment licensed
<br />by the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco as an alcoholic package
