<br />503.5 Effect Of Approval Or Denial. <br /> <br />503.5.1 Eligibility To Apply For Building Permit. etc. Approval of the <br />application for conditional use by the City Commission authorizes <br />the applicant to proceed with any necessary applications, building <br />permits and other permits which the City may require for the <br />proposed development. No permit shall be issued for work, which <br />does not comply with the terms of the conditional use approval. <br /> <br />503.5.2 EJij>iration Of Conditional Use Approval. Unless otherwise <br />provided in the approval, the approval of a conditional use <br />application shall be void if the recipient does not obtain a building <br />permit for the proposed development within 24 months after the <br />date of the approved resolution. An applicant who has obtained <br />conditional use approval may request an extension of this time <br />period by filing, prior to expiration within the 24-month period a <br />letter stating the reasons for the request. The City Commission <br />may, by resolution at a regular meeting, grant one extension of up <br />to six months for good cause shown by the applicant. <br /> <br />503.6 Amendments and Alterations To Approved Conditional Uses. <br /> <br />503.6.1 Except as provided under Section 503.6.2 herein below, any <br />expansion to an approved or existing conditional use shall require <br />the same application, review, notice and public hearing and <br />approval under the procedures set forth in Section 501 herein <br />above. <br /> <br />503.6.2 Minor changes in the site plan or design details of an approved <br />conditional use which do not result in additional external impacts, <br />such as a minor shift in the location of a building or structure, the <br />realignment of parking spaces and aisles, the relocation of a <br />driveway and the like, may be approved by the City Manager or <br />his designee without obtaining additional approvals. The <br />determination of whether a change is deemed minor is in the sole <br />discretion of the City Manager or his designee. Such minor <br />changes will be submitted at building permit application in the <br />form of a revised site plan, and any other appropriate documents <br />along with a copy of the originally approved site plan, clearly <br />indicating the proposed minor changes.
