<br />Vll. Sidewalk or parking lot sales by City licensed businesses. <br /> <br />Vlll. Non-City sponsored fireworks displays and shows. <br /> <br />lX. Carnivals, fairs, concerts, circuses or similar events. <br /> <br />504.3 Maximum Time Limit. A maximum time limit shall be established for all <br />temporary uses based on the minimum amount of time needed to conduct <br />the permitted activity. Temporary uses and structures related to real estate <br />development projects shall not be maintained longer than the time <br />necessary to complete the construction of the project. All temporary uses <br />shall be removed within ninety-days (90) of issuance of the final certificate <br />of occupancy. <br /> <br />504.4 Revocation of Permits. Any temporary use, which becomes a nuisance, <br />violates the conditions of the permit or is in violation of the LDRs, shall be <br />revoked by the City Manager. Any temporary use, which endangers the <br />public health or safety, shall be revoked immediately by the City Manager. <br /> <br />504.5 Exemptions. No permit for temporary use or structure will be required <br />when such use or structure is part of a construction project by or for the <br />City. <br /> <br />504.6 General Criteria and Limitations for Temporary Use Permits. <br /> <br />1. The temporary use must be compatible with the surrounding land <br />uses; <br /> <br />11. A parking problem must not be created. If off-site parking is to be <br />utilized, permission must be in writing from the owner of the <br />property utilized. Said owner must demonstrate that the parking <br />requirement of the temporary use does not cause the loss of legally <br />required parking spaces for hislher site. <br /> <br />lll. An applicant may not receive a temporary use permit for garage <br />sales, seasonal sales, sidewalk/parking lot sales, fireworks displays <br />and show and carnivals, fairs, concerts, circuses or similar events <br />on the same property more than three times within a calendar year <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach-Land Development Regulations <br />Adopted December 10, 2002 <br /> <br />CHAPTER 5 - Development Review 500-10 <br />
