<br />- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.: 2003-1 bb <br /> <br />--" <br /> <br />!N ORDINA~CE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A REVISED <br />FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, <br />ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING THE CITY <br />MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO REVIEW ANNUALLY <br />ALL BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEES; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2000-110, adopted on November 15, 2000, the City <br />Commission adopted a fee schedule for the Building Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2000-110, the City Manager has the authority to <br />review all Building Department fees to determine if an adjustment to the fee schedule should be <br />recommended to the City Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on in-depth review of the fee schedule, the City Manager IS <br />recommending an adjustment to the fee schedule as reflected in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Adoption of Revised Fee Schedule. The revised building fee schedule, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authority of City Manager. The City Manager and/or his designee are hereby <br />directed to annually review the Building Department Fee Schedule to determine if an adjustment <br />to the fee schedule should be recommended to the City Commission. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
