<br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />A038 J. 40-YEAR RE-CERTIFICATION FEES <br /> <br />For every application for 40-year re-certification under Section 104.9 of the Se-Hth <br />Florida Building Code Florida Building Code there shall be paid to the Building <br />Department, for the processing of each application, a fee of $267.50 during fiscal year <br />1999-2000 and $286.23 during fiscal year 2000-2001. For every application for <br />subsequent re-certification at 10-year intervals thereafter, there shall be paid to the <br />Building Department for the processing of each application, a fee of $267.50 during <br />fiscal year 1999-2000 and $286.23 during fiscal year 2000-2001. <br /> <br />Recording Fees: as established by the Clerk of the Court (Recorder). <br /> <br />K.
