Section 8.3 Interim Adoption of Codes and Ordinance Until otherwise modified or replaced by this Charter or legislation of the City Commission, all Codes, ordinances and resolutions in effect on the date of adoption of this Charter, shall to the extent applicable to the City, remain in full force and effect as municipal Codes, ordinances and resolutions of the city.
