<br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />A038 J. 40-YEAR RE-CERTIFICATION FEES <br /> <br />For every application for 40-year re-certification under Section 104.9 of the Florida <br />Building Code there shall be paid to the Building Department, for the processing of <br />each application, a fee of $267.50 during fiscal year 1999-2000 and $286.23 during <br />fiscal year 2000-2001. For every application for subsequent re-certification at lO-year <br />intervals thereafter, there shall be paid to the Building Department for the processing of <br />each application, a fee of $267.50 during fiscal year 1999-2000 and $286.23 during <br />fiscal year 2000-2001. <br /> <br />Recording Fees: as established by the Clerk of the Court (Recorder). <br /> <br />K.
