<br />be available for public consumption at the Zoning Department and which colors shall be <br />approximate to appropriate and harmonious with the palate of colors included in the Sherman <br />Williams Exterior Color Numbers SW 2419 through SW 2421 up to the 4th panel of each color <br />palette strip (No.s 2419-2421 ). Semi gloss paint may be used on exterior walls and gloss paint shall <br />only be used on doors and trims. Single family homes shall be exempt from the requirement of <br />Commission approval provided that single family homeowner shall secure approval for exterior <br />colors in accordance with the approved color palate from the building department prior to pulling a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />Section 2. Material Chart Requirements. All applicants for site plan approval shall create and <br />present to the City Commission a materials chart which shall consist of actual samples including the <br />color type and manufacturing name and identifying the numbers of roofing materials and the color <br />type and the manufacturing name and identifying the numbers of paint to be used in the project and <br />in incompliance with the sample of color and painting and awning work palate of colors to the City. <br />The City shall maintain the materials chart until the issuance of this certificate of completion or the <br />certificate of occupancy and for such time it may determine necessary. <br /> <br />b) The applicant shall also provide the City with the information from the materials chart in written <br />form including the name of the manufacturer and manufacturer's designation number for each item <br />used on the materials chart which shall be attached to the site plan approval application and shall be <br />incorporated as part of the application. <br /> <br />Section 3. Severability. The provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable and ifany <br />section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall, for any reason, be held invalid or <br />unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, <br />clauses and phrases of this Ordinance but they shall remain in effect, it being the legislative intent <br />that this Ordinance shall stand notwithstdllding the invalidity of any part. <br /> <br />Section 4. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict <br />herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5. Inclusion in the Code. It is the intention of the Commission, and it is hereby <br />ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and made a part of the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach Code; that the sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish <br />such intentions and that the word "Ordinance" shall be changed to "Section" or other appropriate <br />word. <br /> <br />Section 6. Effective Date.
