(I) A sign permit shall expire and become null and void if the sign is not erected or a final inspection has not occurred within a period of three months from the date of the permit. E. Permit revocation. Permits issued under this chapter shall be valid for the life of the sign approved. However, any permit may be revoked by the City Manager or designee upon the determination that the sign is not in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter. F. Appeals of administrative decisions. Any permittee appealing an administrative decision relating to a sign application or the permitting process may appeal such decision to the City Commission by filing a request with the City Clerk within 15 calendar days of the decision of the City Manager or designee.
