Hines, City Clerk <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: The Honorable City Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Hans Ottinot, City Attorney ~ <br />DATE: January 18, 2007 <br /> <br />RE: Clarification Amendment for Submerged Lands Ordinance <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The attached amended Ordinance is presented for your consideration and approval. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />By Ordinance No. 2004-215, adopted September 22, 2004, the City Commission amended the <br />definitions of the Land Development Regulations ("LDRs") to permit the use of submerged <br />lands for density and intensity purposes where the submerged lands are within the legal boundary <br />of the property.
