<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission, also sitting as the Local
<br />Planning Agency, of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, will hold a public hearing
<br />in the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, David P. Samson Commission
<br />Chambers, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, on Thursday, March
<br />15, 2007, at 7:30 p.m., to consider final adoption of the following proposed
<br />Ordinance:

<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
<br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTIONS 265.51,
<br />265-56, AND 265.57 OF THE SIGN CODE; ESTABLISHING NEW
<br />REQUIREMENTS FOR WINDOW AND TEMPORARY SIGNS;
<br />ESTABLISHING NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL OF MURALS
<br />AND GRAPHICS FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE;
<br />PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
<br />PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING FOR AN
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
