<br />~ 256-14. Parking Meter Rates. <br /> <br />A. The parking meter rates at the Ellen Wynne Beach Access and the William Lehman <br />Overpass (Center Island) parking lots shall be $2 for each hour, with a minimum <br />purchase of one hour and a maximum of 12 hours. <br /> <br />B. The parking meter rates at the Pier Park, under the William Lehman Bridge, and at <br />the Bella Vista Bay Park parking lots shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(I) Flat rate fee of $6 during weekday hours, with a maximum purchase of 12 <br />hours. Weekdays shall begin at 12:00 midnight on Monday and terminate <br />at 11 :59 p.m. on the Friday that immediately follows. <br /> <br />(2) Flat rate of $1 0 per day on weekends and City-observed holidays, with a <br />maximum of 12 hours. Weekends shall begin at 12:00 midnight on <br />Saturday and end at 11 :59 p.m. on Sunday. <br /> <br />C. The annual rate for Resident Only Parking Permits/Decals shall be fifty ($50.00) <br />Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) per month. Fee may be reviewed by the City Manager <br />or his/her designee every two years. and may be increased if necessary. <br /> <br />D. Penalties for offenses. <br /> <br />A. The regulations herein are created in supplementation of an in addition to Chapter 30 <br />of the Miami-Dade County Code (entitled "Dade County Traffic Code") as adopted, <br />and Florida State Statute Chapter 316 (entitled "State Uniform Traffic Control"). The <br />penalties as enumerated therein shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />B. A general penalty in the amount of $-l-W $250 for each violation shall apply to all <br />violations of this article not specifically enumerated in Chapter 30 as adopted.
