<br />(c) Commercial services and retail goods, including spas and health clubs, beauty <br />salons, clothing. florists. gift shops. banking services. pharmacy. newsstands. and <br />restaurants. <br /> <br />(d) Conferencing facilities and meeting rooms. <br /> <br />(e) Of1ices, business, medical and professional. <br /> <br />(f) Public and private educational facilities. <br /> <br />(g) Parking lots and garages. <br /> <br />(h) Public parks and recreation facilities. <br /> <br />(i) Government uses. <br /> <br />U) Adult entertainment uses. subiect to the following restrictions: <br />(a) the adult entertainment use must be more than 500 feet from anv school. <br />child care center or another adult entertainment use. and the adult <br />entertainment use must be more than 250 feet from a public park; and <br />(b) the adult entertainment use must not abut anv religious f~lcilitv; and <br />(c) the parcel or lot where the adult entertainment use is located must have <br />direct frontage on Collins A venue: and <br />(d) The establishment of a new school. religious facilitv or child care center <br />subsequent to the establishment of an adult entertainment use shall not <br />disqualify the established adult entertainment use that is within the <br />distance limitations; and <br />(e) An adult entertainment use shall not be subject to the distance separation <br />requirements for bars. taverns or lounges set forth in subsection (D) below. <br />(I) Any adult entertainment use lawfully operating as of the date of this <br />ordinance which becomes nonconforming by virtue of this section shall be <br />permitted to continue for a period not to exceed five years from the date of <br />adoption of this ordinance, unless terminated earlier for anv reason or <br />discontinued for a period of ninety days or more. <br /> <br />(2) All uses, if not prohibited below or specifically permitted above but which can he <br />construed to be allowed under these permitted uses. shall be deemed permitted. <br /> <br />D. Conditional uses. <br />(1) Bars, taverns and lounges. provided that individual establishments shall not exceed <br />3.000 square feet in gross floor area. There shall be a three-hundred-foot distance <br />separation between any two such establ ishments. Bars. taverns and lounges located <br />within a hotel and without direct grade level exposure and access to the building front <br />setback area shall not be subject to the distance separation requirement. <br /> <br />E. Prohibited uses.
