<br />- <br /> <br />through appropriate engineering analyses that the subiect fill does not cause any adverse <br />impacts to the structure on site or other properties. <br /> <br />(8) Prohibit man-made alteration of sand dunes and mangrove stands that would increase <br />potential flood damage. <br /> <br />(9) Standards for Manufactured Homes <br /> <br />(a) All manufactured homes to be placed or substantially improved on sites: (i) Outside a <br />manufactured home park or subdivision. (ii) In a new manufactured home park or <br />subdivision. (iii) In an expansion to an existing manufactured home park or <br />subdivision. or. (iv) In an existing manufactured home park or subdivision in which a <br />manufactured home has incurred "substantial damage" as the result of a flood. must <br />meet the standards of Article 5. Section E (2) though (8). or <br /> <br />(b) All manufactured homes placed or substantially improved on other sites in an <br />existing manufactured home park or subdivision shall meet the requirements of <br />Article 5. Section B (4) (b). <br /> <br />(10) Recreational vehicles placed on sites within Zones VE. V1-V30. V (with base flood <br />elevation) on the FIRM either <br /> <br />(a) Be on the site for fewer than 180 consecutive days. <br /> <br />(b) Be fully licensed and ready for highway use (on its wheels or iacking system. is <br />attached to the site only by quick disconnect type utilities and security devices. and <br />has no permanently attached additions): or <br /> <br />(c) Meet the requirements of Article 5. Section E (2) through (8). <br /> <br />(11) For all structures located seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL). the <br />bottom of the lowest horizontal structural member of the lowest floor of all new construction <br />and substantial improvements shall be elevated to the flood elevation established by the <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection or the base flood elevation whichever is <br />higher. All non-elevation design requirements Article 5.
