<br />OUTDOOR/INDOOR EVENTS ON PRIVATE <br />PROPERTY <br />Number of People Fee <br />1 to 49 No charge <br />50 to 249 $-0 $100 <br />250 to 499 $-l-OO $500 <br />500 te--+49 and above $200 <br /> $ 1,000 <br />750 and above ~ <br /> <br />PUBLIC BEACH/PARKS EVENTS <br />Number of People Fee <br />1 to 25 $100 <br />26 to 100 $500 <br />101 to 499 $ 1,500 <br />500 and above $3,000 <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />There shall be no refunds for any special event permit applications. An administrative fee of <br />$15.00 shall be added for any revised special event permit application. The above-listed fees <br />shall be reviewed by the City Manager or his designee on an annual basis. The provisions of this <br />chapter shall not apply to informal gatherings of less than twenty-five (25) people where the <br />public area has not been specifically reserved. <br /> <br />& 233-7. Co-ordination with City Police Department. <br /> <br />For the safety of participants, volunteers, etc., police may be necessary for your special event. A <br />police presence may be required at any event where alcoholic beverages are served or at any <br />other location deemed necessary by the special event police liaison to maintain order and protect <br />persons and property.
