<br />MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> <br />We, the undersigned Proposer will not knowingly disseminate false campaign information or <br />support those who do. <br /> <br />Pass-throuQh Requirements <br /> <br />This Code prohibits pass-through payments whereby the prime firm requires that the MBE firm <br />accepts payments as an MBE and passes through those payments to another entity; <br /> <br />Rental Space, Equipment and Staff Requirements or Flat Overhead Fee Requirements <br /> <br />This Code prohibits rental space requirements, equipment requirements, staff requirements <br />and/or flat overhead fee requirements, whereby the prime firm requires the MBE firm to rent <br />space, equipment and/or staff from the prime firm or charges a flat overhead fee for the use of <br />space, equipment, secretary, etc; <br /> <br />MBE Staff Utilization <br /> <br />.
