SECTION 6: LAW ENFORCEMENT & COMMUNITY POLICING STRATEGY Proposed Community Policing Plan COPS grants must be used to initiate or enhance community policing activities, either directly by your law enforcement agency, or (for non-law enforcement applicants) in collaboration with law enforcement. Please complete the following questions to describe the types of community policing activities thatwill result fromCOPS funding.
