We request that you <br />acknowledge acceptance of this proposal by signing the enclosed copy of this letter and the General <br />Conditions for Professional Engineering Services, and returning them to us, along with a retainer in the <br />amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00). This retainer will be applied to our tinal <br />invoice for services. Work under this agreement will not begin until signed copies of both the agreement <br />and general conditions are received. <br /> <br />On behalf of EAS Engineering, lnc. we wish to express our appreciation for the opportunity to submit this <br />proposal.
