We request that you acknowledge <br />acceptance of this proposal by signing the enclosed copy of this letter and the General Conditions for Professional <br />Engineering Services, and returning them to us, along with a retainer in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($2,500.00). This retainer will be applied to our final invoice for services.
