Truthfully,the plan that <br /> you presented,the way it is designed turns it into a private access,and he does not believe we <br /> can do that in that nature. So what he is going to suggest, and he asked Roberto who is on <br /> point for them, and Roberto said Eric Glazer. Mayor Scholl said to give us a couple of <br /> weeks and we will have a meeting together and we are going to look at the constraints on our <br /> side, and we are going to sit down with you and we can collaborate on those restraints and <br /> then see if we can come up with some ideas.
