<br />~~t 19054;; /950 <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall: a) maintain the property in perpetuity as a public <br />park, b) agree to govern itself, in regards to the subject property, in accordance with Article 6 of <br />the County Charter, c) keep the park open to all Miami-Dade County residents, d) allow <br />Unincorporated area residents equal access and use of the park and not discriminate in program <br />registration, pricing, and other policies, e) operate the park in a manner equal to or superior to <br />the manner in which parks are operated by the Miami-Dade County Park and Recreation <br />Department. Failure of the City of Sunny Isles Beach to comply with all of the terms of this <br />paragraph, after thirty days (30) written notice to correct violation, shall cause the title to <br />automatically revert to Miami-Dade County, <br /> <br />This grant conveys only the interest of the County and its Board of County <br /> <br />Comhlissioners in the property herein described and shall not be deemed to warrant the title or to <br /> <br />represent any state of facts concerning the same, <br /> <br />This is a duplicate deed of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated December 27, 1999 <br />and tendered on February 7. 2000, <br /> <br />TN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be <br />executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners acting by the Mayor of said Board, <br />the day and year aforesaid, <br />
