' <br /> <br />I 3 <6,/ ff7 <br /> <br />Override <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1\0. <br /> <br />R-lE-99 <br /> <br />RESOLUr: ON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />COUNTY ])EED FOR GILBERT SAMSON PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this B{lard desires to ac.complish the purposes outlined in the accompanying <br /> <br />memorandum. a copy ofwl ich is incorporated herein by reference, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOR::, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF-COUNTY <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS OF ~.1AMI DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board authorizes the <br /> <br />County Manager to execu1 e an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Sunny isles Beach for the <br /> <br />conveyance of Gilbert San :50n Park and for other services~ the Park being legally described in the <br /> <br />attached deed and authori'Zes the Mayor to execute a Courtty Deed in substantially the form <br />, . <br /> <br />attached hereto and made j l, part thereof, which contain the conditions and reverters described in <br /> <br />the aforesaid memorandum. <br /> <br />The foregoing res,)lution was. offered by Commissioner ~ S .....a.Cl!., <br /> <br />who moved its adoption.
