The City makes no warranties as to any obligation to provide security <br />for the facilities, outside of standard security measures supplied for the Park in general. <br />Permittee may provide its own specialized security for the facilities, subject to the City's <br />written approval. Absence of said Permittee security shall not increase the City's <br />obligation. <br /> <br />20, Waiver. Waiver of any breach shall not constitute waiver of any other breach. <br /> <br />21. Invalidation. Invalidation of any portion of this Agreement shall not <br />automatically invalidate the entire Agreement.
