The result was the request that the Mayor and City Manager meet with Mr. <br />Book and determine what services he might be able to provide to justify his fees. He <br />agreed to a reduction, and to pursue some legislative issues of importance to the City. <br />If the contract is renewed, we will closely monitor his progress on these issues and report <br />back to the Commission periodically to determine if it should be continued, possibly or <br />cancelled. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />This item is funded out of City Manager's Account Number 10-512-53143B. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
