SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The scope of services under this proposal consists of providing construction documents, for a <br />neighborhood park in Golden Shores. The design shall be based on the approved concept sketches <br />submitted and approved by the city on July 28, 2010. For the purpose ofthis proposal, the <br />following statements and assumptions are made with respect to the work required: <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE <br />Based on the previously approved design scheme, construction documents will be prepared <br />which define the materials, and components for the project. The completed construction <br />documents shall include civil, structural, landscaping, architectural, and electrical drawings <br />as required to obtain a building permit, as well as bids from qualified contractors. No <br />technical specification book will be provided. Project specification will be provided by <br />way of notes of the drawings. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE <br /> <br />LIVS Associates will provide services during construction to include: review of contract <br />submittals; responses to questions (RFI's), and issuance of clarifications related to our <br />documents. Two monthly visits will be pelformed for observation of the work to assist the <br />client in monitoring the progress of the work and compliance with the requirements of the <br />contract documents.
