<br />4. COMPLIANCE WITH DAVIS BACON ACT. The Contractor agrees and certifies that all <br />mechanics, laborers, employees, apprentices or trainees, employed or working on the Streetscape <br />Improvements Project have been paid at wage rates, and that the wage rates of payments, contributions or <br />costs for fringe benefits have not been less than those required by the Davis Bacon Act, and that the <br />payrolls submitted shall set out accurately and completely all of the information required to be maintained <br />under 29 C.F.R. ~ 5.5(a)(3)(i) except that full social security numbers and home addresses shall not be <br />included on weekly transmittals. <br /> <br />5.
