<br />- <br /> <br /> <br />Addendum No. 1 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR CENTRAL ISLAND EMERGENCY <br />OUTFALLSIMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY RFQ NO.1 0-08-01 <br /> <br />To All Bidders: <br /> <br />Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br />additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br />over anything shown or described otherwise. <br /> <br />,.. Section 1.2 of the RFP Specifications has been amended as follows (deletions are in <br />stricken. and additions are in red and underlined): <br /> <br />1.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE CENTRAL ISLAND EMERGENCY OUTFALLS <br />IMPROVEMENTS. ESTIMATED BUDGET. AND DEADLINE FOR <br />COMPLETION <br /> <br />The Central Island Emergency Outfalls Improvements is related to the City's Central Island <br />Drainage project, consisting of a storm'Nater drainage and street improvement project in the area <br />north of 171#1 Street, south of 183f<i Street and west of Collins :\venue (the "Central Island <br />area"). The Central Island Emergency Outfalls Improvements entails improvements to the <br />existing storm\vater management system, consisting of five FDEP previously permitted drainage <br />wells providing three nev, emergency outfalls and re establishing an existing outfall. The <br />proposed project consists of installing three new 21 inch outfalls and re establishing an existing <br />16 inch outfall in connection to the existing storm water management system and discharging to <br />Dumfoundling Bay. <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City") intends to enter into an agreement with the <br />successful Proposer to perform Central Island Emerqency Outfalls Improvements in the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The project is located on North Bay Road between <br />179th Drive and 180th Drive in the City. The proposed proiect consists of installing a <br />new 24-inch outfall, trench drain, catch basin and connectinq piping. <br />
