<br />Proposer submitting bids on this project are expected to familiarize themselves with the DERM <br />approved drawings, attached hereto. The estimated construction budget for the Central Island <br />Emergency Outfalls Improvements project is $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars). The successful <br />Proposer shall achieve substantial completion of the work described herein no later than 60 <br />(sixty) days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed from the City. <br /> <br />As a result of this amendment, the RFP opening date has changed from Wednesday, <br />September 15, 2010 to Friday, September 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
