This form is received by the City <br />from the Property Appraiser's Office on July 1 st and includes the City's certified taxable <br />property values for the prior calendar year and the current calendar year. Using this <br />information, the City determines the proposed millage rate and submits this information <br />on this form to the Property Appraiser's Office. The proposed millage rate is then <br />advertised on the TRIM notices. Since the proposed millage rate is a significant factor in <br />developing the annual budget and the proposed millage rate is used in the TRIM notices <br />that are sent to the City's residents, Commission approval of the proposed millage rate is <br />clearly desired. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
