This form is received by the City
from the Property Appraiser's Office on July 1 st and includes the City's certified taxable
property values for the prior calendar year and the current calendar year. Using this
information, the City determines the proposed millage rate and submits this information
on this form to the Property Appraiser's Office. The proposed millage rate is then
advertised on the TRIM notices. Since the proposed millage rate is a significant factor in
developing the annual budget and the proposed millage rate is used in the TRIM notices
that are sent to the City's residents, Commission approval of the proposed millage rate is
clearly desired.

ATTACHMENTS:
.
