<br />govern or apply to the services rendered by Contractor hereunder, or to the wages paid by <br />Contractor to its employees. <br /> <br />b. Contractor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Agreement all <br />necessary licenses, registrations, certificates, permits and other authorizations, as well as <br />insurance coverage, as required by law in order for Contractor to render the Service <br />required hereunder. <br /> <br />c.
