<br />Section 1. Approval of Change Order No.5 to Agreement. Change Order No.5 to <br />Agreement with Coastal Construction Company, increasing the amount of the contract by <br />Two Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($2,605,595.00) <br />for the Heritage Parking Garage Project, to the amount not to exceed Ten Million Six <br />Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and Eighty-Eight Cents <br />($10,667,488.88) for the parking garage and park, with an extension of one hundred twenty- <br />five (125) days, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", be and the same, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do <br />all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
