11 to the Agreement with Florida Engineering and Development <br /> Corporation, for additional Professional Construction Services for the <br /> 174th Street Roadway Improvements Project. The scope of work <br /> includes removal of the existing street light wiring, followed by <br /> installation of new conduit and wiring for the new and existing poles <br /> along the full length of 174th from Collins Ave, west. <br /> The proposed lighting upgrade was not part of the original scope of <br /> services, but is required to alleviate recurring system failures, in an <br /> amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred <br /> Sixty-Six Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents ($215,266.84), of which Sixty- <br /> Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars and Seventy-Nine <br /> Cents ($63,562.79) of the proposed change order will be absorbed by <br /> the project contingency balance. A project budgetary increase is <br /> required to cover the remaining One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand <br /> Seven Hundred Four Dollars and Five Cents ($151,704.05) resulting in <br /> a total contract amount not to exceed to Three Million Seven Hundred <br /> Thirty-One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Thirty-Three <br /> Cents ($3,731,286.33).
