Any other equipment as deemed necessary by the City. <br /> <br />2.21 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT/PENALTIES <br /> <br />In the event the Contractor disregards the terms or conditions of this Contract, charges excessive <br />fees, does not respond within the period set forth herein, does not resolve complaints in a timely <br />manner, etc., the City shall have the right to take the following action and/or to terminate the <br />contract immediately without notice depending on the type or severity of the offense: <br /> <br />. For First Offense - issue a "Letter of Warning" detailing the violation of the contract. <br />. For Second Offense - suspend the Contractor's operations under the contract for forty-eight <br />(48) hours and utilize the services of another company during this period and impose a $150 <br /> <br />20 <br />
