Any ancillary services not <br />notated on the Vehicle Storage Receipts shall be the responsibility on Midtown Towing to prove the <br />validity of these charges. <br /> <br />2.2 RESPONSE TIME AND DELAYS <br /> <br />Midtown Towing understands that the response time for service shall not exceed 20 minutes. Should <br />circumstances hinder the 20 minute response time, Midtown Towing will notify the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach Police Department of any anticipated or unexpected delays, so they can make a request to another <br />Contractor. <br /> <br />Midtown Towing also understands that the response time for request for service must be within 30 minutes <br />for vehicles other than Police directed tows. Should Midtown fail to meet the response time for these <br />tows, fines will be imposed as outlined in Section 2.21. <br /> <br />2.3 CONTRACTOR'S EQUIPMENT DURING STATE OF EMERGENCY OR DISASTER <br /> <br />Midtown Towing will assist the City of Sunny Isles Beach, while on rotation, with 2 Class A wreckers or <br />flatbeds which will be at the disposal of the City's Police Department. If Midtown is not on rotation one <br />Class A wrecker or flatbed will be at the disposal of the City's Police Department. <br /> <br />The City Manager or his designee will declare a state of emergency or state of disaster exists, and will <br />notify each Contractor such a state exists, and the required equipment is ordered on standby. <br /> <br />2.4 REPORTS AND FILES <br /> <br />Midtown Towing agrees to maintain a Vehicle Storage Receipt for each impounded vehicle at the North <br />Miami Beach location. <br /> <br />Midtown will maintain the following items at the Primary Office Location: <br /> <br />1. A log of all requests for service on a monthly basis will be kept by Midtown, and 2 copies <br />will be submitted to the City's Police Department, once each week, with a copy delivered <br />to the Police Department's Administrative Division and one copy to the Administrative <br />Sergeant. <br /> <br />7S- <br />
