DTC <br />operations and service exceed all RFP requirements. Our solid thirty (30) years <br />of continuous and unblemished financial operations is unmatched; no <br />bankruptcy filings, no vehicle repossessions and no civil judgments entered <br />against us. DTC is prepared to provide immediate ul)fettered access to its <br />financial reports and records upon request as further evidence of its financial <br />integrity and stability. Our operations are designed to provide quality police- <br />contracted towing services in an efficient and professional manner. DTC is in <br />"good standing" as a service provider to other municipalities and government <br />entities, from which we have received contract extensions. In the event of any <br />unforeseen emergency, as determined by the City of North Miami Beach, DTC has <br />the capacity to mobilize resources in excess of the RFP requirements. <br />
