Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Landlord from and <br />against any loss or damage to persons or property occurring at the premises caused by the <br />Tenant, their invitees or occupants or otherwise occurring in and on the premises. <br /> <br />Counsel <br /> <br />S 15.13. Each party to this Lease has had the benefit of time in reviewing same and each <br />party has had the opportunity for their own, independent attorney of their choosing inspect and <br />comment on same.
