<br />GFOA Certificate Of Achievement For Excellence In Financial Reporting Program
<br />AC&C is proud to have assisted all the governmental clients who have participated in the GFOA Certificate of
<br />Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program (CAFR) qualify for this award. This certificate program is
<br />recognized as the highest award in governmental financial reporting. The Certificate of Achievement has been
<br />awarded on all of the financial statements our Partners have reported in the certificate program. In addition, the
<br />Engagement Partner and Manager participate in the GFOA's CAFR review program.

<br />Electronic Workpapers
<br />In keeping with our philosophy of providing services that you would expect from a large national firm, we use the
<br />latest paperless audit software and networking on our audit engagements. Electronic workpapers continue to
<br />improve productivity and efficiency in the audit process. These efficiencies are passed on to our clients through lower
<br />fees and time savings. The City's workpapers are scanned or imported directly into our audit programs saving the
<br />City time and the cost of copying or printing such workpapers.

<br />Year-Round Involvement
<br />Our involvement with the City does not end when our financial statements are issued. We remain involved with the
<br />City through our monthly reviews of the minutes of the City's Council meetings and communications regarding new
<br />accounting standards that have been issued that may affect future audits. Our year-round involvement ensures a
<br />timely and efficient audit and helps us and the City address any issues before the audit.

<br />New Accounting Standards
<br />Our audit fee is an all inclusive fee which includes assistance to the City in the implementation of all new reporting
<br />standards, including assistance with preparing the financial statements.
