<br />11. Q: We just received Addendum #4 for the RFQ #10-04-02 and there is conflicting <br />responses to critical submittal items. Addendum #4 question 7 indicates that relevant <br />projects are to be included in the ten pages BUT Addendum #3 question #4 indicates that <br />the project list are excluded from the 10 page requirement. <br /> <br />Also Addendum #4 question #8 indicates the authorizations are not included in the 10 <br />pages but addendum #3 indicates proof of authorization is not excluded. <br /> <br />We would appreciate clarification so we can provide an acceptable submittal. <br /> <br />A: Confusion reigns, my apologies to all. The jirst response was incorrect, the proofs will <br />not be counted as a part of the ten pages. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
