<br />Sequeira & Gavarrete, Inc. Architects (S&G) was founded in 1986 by its principals, architects Roberto Sequeira and Fernando
<br />Gavarrete. S&G is a full service architectural firm located in Coral Gables, which has successfully completed more than $1 billion worth
<br />of private and publicly funded projects throughout South Florida, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Latin America. Over the past 20
<br />years, S&G has grown and prospered through its unique management philosophy, which involves the principals of the firm directly in
<br />every aspect of a project, with special emphasis in direct project management and client involvement. Since its inception, S&G has
<br />strived to produce high-quality architecture which engages the private and public realms with unique visions of time and place, while
