The projects under this con- . <br />tract include architectural restorations, re- <br />roofing, re-painting, ADA enhancements, <br />Electrical Upgrades, Stormwater Discharge <br />Management System and new building con- <br />struction. In addition to the project scope WA <br />also is assisting in the bidding and permitting <br />phase of the project along with Construction <br />Administration services. The items to be in- <br />cluded in the scope of the project consist of <br />the following: <br /> <br />Emergency Generator Building and Elec- <br />trical Vault Improvements <br />Replace the existing roofing and insulation system on the emergency generator room and coordi- <br />nate the work with the other scope proposed for this building. Remove exterior paint, repair <br />stucco and repaint exterior of emergency generator building and electrical vault. <br /> <br /> <br />New Ticketing Pavilion <br />A new ticketing pavilion with staff restrooms including new entry design leading up to the main <br />house. Miscellaneous replacement repairs to individual architectural components throughout the <br />site replacement of gondola roofs, reconstruction of lighting lanterns, ornamental gutter and <br />downspout replacement hurricane mitigation improvements. <br /> <br />Site Improvements <br />Develop new catering set-up area <br />A new handicap ramp with architectural motifs of the existing main house <br /> <br />Costs: $100,000 to $2,000,000 <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />25.
