The project also includes 4-free standing b. parking garages with retail liners on the ground floor. Zyscovich provided site analysis, master planning, programming, architectural design, interior design, and construction administration. The residential building is set back from Main Highway in order to preserve the view and setting. Its architecture was designed in the tropical "Old Grove/Key West" style.
