Zyscovich has worked extensively with municipalities
and public agencies and has developed a very sound and
proven process for project delivery. A key component of this
approach is the creation of a collaborative team. Working
closely together from the inception of the project, the team
members will help arrive at the most efficient, cost-effective
design in order to meet or exceed the City of Sunny
Isles Beach's programmatic requirements. Extensive site
documentation and analysis will validate our approach and
ensure that all of the jurisdictional authorities' requirements
are known, and help achieve consensus.

Zyscovich has worked on thousands of square feet of space
consolidation and relocation, gaining vast knowledge and
understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved.

We will use our previous experience with multifunctionj
versatility concepts, adaptability, change versus growth,
personnel forecast, implications and behavioral patterns, cost
effectiveness and life cycle. We will also use our knowledge
of capital improvement programs that range from simple
renovations, implementation of new code compliance issues
like ADA and Life Safety, and more in-depth projects.
A team of specialized professionals in all of these arenas,
including programmers, space planners, land use experts,
architects, interior designers, and construction managers, are
accessible at any time and immediately available to begin on
the City's projects.

Our municipal clients include the Cities of Ft. Lauderdale,
North Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coconut Creek, West Palm
Beach, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Miami, and Key West,
as well as Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
In addition, our extensive work with various School Districts,
including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, St. Lucie and
Lee Counties, has afforded us an opportunity to work with
even more municipalities for the design and construction
of educational facilities throughout the State of Florida.
The experience gained from the successful development
of over 100 public facilities has given us the ability to easily
accommodate large buildings on small sites, coordinate
design with community traffic conditions and mitigate
environmental concerns. Furthermore, we are skilled in
facilitating rapid approvals, having worked with the many
public agencies relevant to facility planning.
