<br />Lawrence Kline- Lead Architectural Designer
<br />
<br />Mr. Kline, an Associate Principal who has been with the firm for 24 years, has extensive experience designing major municipal
<br />projects, including numerous City Halls and Government Complexes. In addition, he has planned and designed facilities for
<br />other building types such as corporate and educational facilities. Mr. Kline's projects have received multiple design awards from
<br />such institutions as the American Institute of Architects. His projects are equally known for their ability to meet the challenges of
<br />compressed schedules, strict budgetary constraints and efficient coordination with numerous consultants in a "partnering" team
<br />environment. while maintaining a strong design aesthetic. He has worked directly with the City of Sunny Isles and some of his
<br />projects included are: City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, City of Sunny Isles Beach Heritage
<br />Park and Parking Garage, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Cape Coral City Hall Complex and Emergency Operations Center, Cape

<br />Ms. Gladstone serves as a Project Manager/Project Architect for AECOM Design specializing in judicial and public facilities. Her
<br />experience includes numerous major government projects totalling over 5 million SF Some of the more recent projects have
<br />been nationally or regionally recognized through awards and publications. Ms. Gladstone's project duties have encompassed
<br />programming, architecture and engineering, as well as interior design/ space planning/ FF&E services. Her responsibilities have
<br />included management and coordination of specialty consultants including landscape, cost estimating, acoustical, audio - visual,
