The police facility was sited for maximum <br />street exposure, and the parking garage was sited to buffer the at-grade parking lot. The Master Plan concept was to <br />integrate the surrounding neighborhood, City Hall, and the police facility to create a unified series of civic spaces, while <br />the design program included a new Police Facility, parking structure, and community open spacetrecreational area. <br />Our design services included decorative paving, site lighting and site furniture, planting and fountains. <br /> <br />$450, 000. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
