He was <br />involved in all projects performed under the Miami-Dade County GSA Open-End <br />Contract, including the O.P.F. enhancements at both MDAD regional airports. <br /> <br />Most recently, Mr. Silva worked on the design of two new educational projects <br />pursuing LEED certification. <br /> <br />Mr. Silva has worked on schematic design, design development drawings, and <br />prepared construction documents.
