Borges employs several LEED Accredited Professionals that can educate and guide clients through the LEED approval process and help with documentation to obtain certification at the any level: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum, Projects that are certified and/or in process of certification include between others: 888 Brickell Office Building, Susquehanna Fjnancial Center, Office/airplane Hangar buildings 1 and 2 at Tamiami Airport, Valdez Residence, and Hialeah Palm Center residential building, Hialeah Jackson Outpatient Clinic at Palm Center. Our team is currently involved with Miami Dade County Library projects as their LEED Consultant. Susquehana Financial Center, MD - LEED Silver Thjs is a state of the art office building that will achieve LEED Silver Certification by the USGBC. Equipped with high effjciency lightjng & mechanical equjpment and low-flow plumbing fixtures, the center will reduce overall consumptjon of energy and water and minjmize jts carbon footprjnt contributjng the global envjronment.
