Borges employs <br />several LEED Accredited Professionals that can educate and guide clients through the LEED approval process and help with <br />documentation to obtain certification at the any level: Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum, <br /> <br />Projects that are certified and/or in process of certification include between others: 888 Brickell Office Building, Susquehanna <br />Fjnancial Center, Office/airplane Hangar buildings 1 and 2 at Tamiami Airport, Valdez Residence, and Hialeah Palm Center <br />residential building, Hialeah Jackson Outpatient Clinic at Palm Center. Our team is currently involved with Miami Dade County <br />Library projects as their LEED Consultant. <br /> <br />Susquehana Financial Center, MD - LEED Silver <br />Thjs is a state of the art office building that will achieve LEED Silver Certification by the USGBC. Equipped with high <br />effjciency lightjng & mechanical equjpment and low-flow plumbing fixtures, the center will reduce overall consumptjon of <br />energy and water and minjmize jts carbon footprjnt contributjng the global envjronment.
